Training Appointment Deposit - $50

A $50 deposit is due to hold your appointment time, the rest of our bill is due at the time of service. This balance will be applied to your final bill at time of service or transferred to hold future follow up appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours’ notice to prevent loss of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
