Better Together Animal Training can help manage and improve the following behavioral concerns (and more!):
- Litterbox issues
- Acclimation to a new home environment
- Introductions to new cat(s) or dog(s)
- Fear, anxiety or stress
- Scratching furniture and destructive behavior
During the Covid-19 crisis, Better Together Animal Training is taking every precaution to follow CDC guidelines to limit exposure. Initial behavior consultations can be conducted online via zoom (preferred) or other software such as Skype or Facetime. A thorough behavior profile can be completed, your animal's behavior can be observed and Cari can guide you through some initial management recommendations and training exercises as appropriate.
There are many benefits to online consultations. If your cat displays fearful or aggressive behavior in response to unfamiliar people entering your home, an initial remote consultation appointment may be less stressful for both you and your animal and the focus can be put on providing a detailed behavioral history of your animal. Platforms like Zoom also allow for easy recording of important moments during your training session that you can review at a later time.
No in-home consultations are being offered at this time.
Consultations and follow up training sessions are billed at $95/hr. Discounts available to clients who book 3+ sessions up front. Contact Cari to set up an initial consultation.
